RETURN POLICY

our products. All claims must be made via email within ten(10) business days of
receipt. Refunds will be made in seven(7) business days after receiving returned item. Exchanges can be made within fifteen(15) business days of receipt.
In the event of an exchange or store credit, the total price will be deducted
of shipping costs.
ALL PAINITNGS AND/OR FRAMES MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITIONS. We
cannot accept returns of any item that has obvious sign of use or damage.
In a case of exchange, the artwork and transport package must be returned in
the same condition as when they were shipped and the return pick up request must
be made by the buyer. In a case of store credit, the buyer could select another
art piece with an equal value.
