Visual Arts

The use of visual arts is a method of self-expression at one of the highest levels. Through drawing, painting and sculpting, our students refine their skills while simultaneously learning about themselves and the world we live in. By applying their skills, they express their knowledge and understanding of the details of life. We offer classes for kids, junior high school and high school students as well as adults. Some of our classes are focused on a goal, such as admittance into higher-level schools. The development of individual art portfolios is one aspect of our service to our students. Not only do our students learn creatively from our instructors but they also develop community and social skills through interacting with their classmates. Our approach to teaching is holistic and our concern and care is for our students as well as their craft.
